IT@School receives the e-India award - 2008 for the best project for digital e-learning.  The awar was given away in the ‘e-INDIA 2008’0020 (digital learning) conference and exhibition inaugurated by Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Higher Education), D. Purandeswari. The award was presented to Sri. Anvar Sadath, Exexutive Director IT@School Project by Sri. Khuntia, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Human Resources on 31.07.2008. The jury oor the award commitee apraised the Projects innovative ventures in ICT education.


 

 

 

 

The IT@School Project, under Department of General Education, Government of Kerala bagged ‘The World is Open Award 2008’ for promoting the use of Open source technology.The award was given for the first time as a joint venture of Skotch Consultancy Services and Redhat. The Award was Given away by Punjab National Bank CMD Chakraborthy to Sri. K. Anvar Sadath, Executive Director, IT@School Project at an award ceremony held at Indian Habitat Center, New Delhi, on 19th March 2008.  The Jury consisting of Dr. Vijayaditya, Controller of Certifying Authourity, Dr. Phatak, IIT-Mumbai, selected IT@School Project for the award in educational sector through out the Nation after evaluating 163 Projects.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The IT@School Project, under Department of General Education, Government of Kerala bagged ‘National E-Governance award 2005’. The Jury selected IT @ School Project for Silver Icon under Exemplary Leadership and ICT Achievement Category, The award is constituted by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances to recognize excellence and award Organizations and Institutions, which have implemented e-Governance initiatives in an exemplary manner. The award has been given at the national conference on e-Governance at Kochi on February 2, 2006 to Sri. Biju Prabhakar, former Executive Director, IT@School Project by Sri. M.K Muneer, former Hon'ble Minister for Public works.
